I had a 7:45am appointment, for which I arrived a few minutes early. I was not called back to an exam room until after 8am. The nurse took my vitals, then I waited in that room until 8:30am for the doctor. No one ever came in and notified me that he was running late. I opened the door a few minutes before 8:30am to find a nurse but no one was around - not a single person sitting at the nurse's station. The doctor never apologized for my wait. If I had been that late to my appointment, it would have been cancelled.

He was very combative and argumentative when I was explaining that I withheld my medication because I felt I was having adverse reactions to it and didn't receive a response when I reached out to the office. He began talking down to me and stating they can't treat me from lab work and messages that I had to come into the office. I then explained that someone should have reached out to me and asked me to schedule an appointment to address my concerns in person at which time he told me that they get over 2k messages a day. I was made to feel like I did something wrong taking charge of my own health and body and I was also made to feel like my needs, care and concerns weren't important. I felt like I was just a number. I was highly uncomfortable with the remainder of my visit and I left the office feeling attacked. I know I'm at the end of my treatment because my body is responding exceptionally well but if I am not done with my care within the next 2 visits I will find another provider. I'm highly considering changing providers before my next visit in early June I was so displeased and had never been spoken to in that way by a medical professional. He needs to do better and improve on his bedside manner. I didn't like how he made me feel from my initial appointment with him but felt stuck because of the severity of my situation when I was referred to him.
