The PA was the most gentle person I have ever been treated by. Also, I was very concerned about my dog during this appointment and she addressed my concerns by being quick and efficient! I live 3 hours away and had to bring my dog. It was quite warm, and I was worried. But I will say that parking was a nightmare!
