I tried to pay $30 that I owed and they DID NOT charge me, I wanted to pay the co-pay on this new appointment and again they DID NOT want to charge me... then they start sending messages, emails and billing statements. I DON'T have time to answer anything, as if that weren't enough, they have a terrible schedule for my husband to come and pay because he understands a little more English, this has me frustrated.
