The provider and her nurse listened to me, were knowledgeable about my concerns and provided valuable information.
The provider was great (Rena OConnor) but the wait to see as a new patient was very long. On top of that, I'm required to see another program provider because Rena is no longer allowed to prescribe weight loss medication. Lastly, and worst of all, the wait for an appointment with that program is two more months which is absurd. I already waited two months to see Rena for this medication specifically and now have to wait another two months.
New patient visit-I was not rushed and we covered all of my questions.

Rena took the time to listen to my concerns, which I appreciated. However, it appeared that her approach was largely guided by a prior discussion with a physician, resulting in a predetermined course of action. As a result, I did not feel that my immediate concerns were fully explored or addressed independently. I would have valued a more open, unbiased assessment of the issues I raised and consideration of potential next steps based on that discussion.
