Dr. Truslow was extremely compassionate and understanding . He makes sure you have an understanding of what comes next in treatment . He treats you with respect . It is a very pleasant relaxing experience and the environment is conducive for healing .
Truslow is very thorough doing my visit. Always showing concern about my health. Never rushes thru my visit ,,, listens to my questions. Explains everything in words I can understand. He gives excellent care doing my visits. I am definitely , always referring family , friends him.

This was my first time with this PA. He has excellent bedside manners. He also demonstrated that he does not simply memorize facts and treat patients like customers. I have a lot of allergies and sensitivities, making it difficult to choose a prescription that may be safe. He analyzed all the facts and thought through different options with me. Also, I was impressed with having a 4:00 appointment that actually started on time. I don't believe that has ever happened to me. By that time of day, delays from earlier visits caused backup with other offices. It was a long drive, but once road construction starts by my current Atrium office in Indian Trail, making a temporary switch will be well worth it. I will recommend him to colleagues living closer to Charlotte.
Truslow gave me excellent care. He is the best of the best. Always listens ,never rushed me thru my visit, explained everything clearly in terms I can understand. I know I am in excellent hands during my visit.I am comfortable asking him any questions . He is always knowledgeable of my health... I refer him, continuously to my friend because I know they will be given the most awesome care.
The appointment was right on time and everyone was very courteous and professional. The doctor listens intently to all my questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that was looking for a doctor.
I absolutely love my provider but the medical assistants in the office need to follow policy and protocols and have better attitudes. I work for Atrium as a nurse and I was disappointed with some of the things in the office
