I love Dr Van Meter, he always listens to my concerns. He explains the treatment plan. He has been my Dr for over 15 yrs. The bad thing about this practice is the call center. You need to have your office staff answer the phone and make appointments. I had to call 2 days to get an appointment. They refused and refered me to the ER. After arguing with the nurse that called me she finally put me on hold and then told me she would have to get permission to double book Dr V. That made me feel like I was making it harder on my Dr! I don't appreciate being made to feel that I'm causing a hard ship by needing to see my Dr. I don't like the idea of having to go through a call center during regular business hours. I call in with a health concern and they tell me there is no appointments for 2 months! My appointment was canceled due to the weather, that appointment should have been rescheduled and not trying to get me in 2 months later. Those appointments that had to be canceled should have been rescheduled first, exception emergency. I call in sick and they won't make me an appointment for 2 months!
Very caring and attentive
Dr. VanMeter listens to my questions completely. He explains things in a manner I can understand. Support staff are always professional and timely.
Dr. Van Meter might just be the greatest family doctor of all time. He takes care of my household as well as our extended family. He has our familial history on both sides so he is able to make the best decisions on our care. I would not trade him for the world!!

Staff is friendly and courteous, and many have been with the practice as long as I have been seeing Dr. Van Meter. Dr. Van Meter is a gem: gives me time to fully state my concerns, and then we come up with a plan of action after we discuss what might be going on and why.

Best experience with the Doctor and all of the staff . Even though there closer places we could have went to we were glad we went there our 1st choice if we need that type of service again. Thanks
