Automation is strong these days. To which I am not that savvy with. The front office always take my call & assist me in my needs. I very much so appreciate STILL to be able to speak directly with them.

I feel seen and heard at Riverwood.

I do not care for the woman at the front desk, very cold and unfriendly. I love Dr Van Meter, but he seems very busy and although he was thorough and caring during the exam, I felt he was rushed. That feeling takes away from the caring element I want to have from my doctors.

Dr Van Meter is a wonderful doctor and friend who has taken care of our family for many many years. He is the best.

Always been attentive and care

I was lucky to get my appt so fast. There was a cancellation. Often, the wait can be too long to see the doc and not a PA/NP
