Generally speaking, I would very appreciate it and I am very satisfied with the provider from which I got a good experience .
This was my first visit to Atrium Dermatology Concord location while enroute to office on 485 traffic got slow due to lot's of Amazon debris in the roadway. Once I arrived at location, the receptionist called me while with valet and explained there strict policy on tardiness... explained the above and she checked me in. That was truly an awesome gesture on her part and set the standard for a good patient relationship.
Dr and his staff were very helpful and answer all my questions.
They were great.
He was very through and very professional. I would recommend him to others.
Very kind Dr and staff. Good explanations of lesions and disease process. The skin check felt rushed but I realize the demands put on the providers now. I did feel confident in his treatment .
Overall, this provider was professional, polite, and competent. My only true complaint is that the appointment felt very rushed. I also would have liked to engage in a discussion regarding other things that impact skin such as a diet, nutrition, hair products, stress, supplements, etc. I think it's pertinent that dermatologist have a well-rounded view of dermatology and everything that impacts skin.
