She is kind, compassionate, and highly knowledgeable. She takes the time to listen and always has great ideas for managing my healthcare in ways that make sense for me and my family. She is sensitive to my needs as a queer trans and disabled person, and she always asks thoughtful questions and makes sure I understand my health and my treatment plan. She's willing to think creatively so I can manage my care in ways that work well for my needs.
