I've had previous experiences with Dr Charles. I was very excited when I found out she was returning to the area. Dr Charles is PHENOMENAL!

Pleasant, detailed and very knowledgeable

This is my first visit with this provider so no one would have called me 6 months ago.

Dr Charles was patient understanding and personable. She explained every step of my appointment and made me feel as if I were her only patient! She answered all of my questions in a manner that I could fully understand... all staff were great as well!

Dr. Charles displayed a sense of care for my overall care and concerns. She listened to my concerns and showed me compassion. I really appreciated her.

At this point, I would not go to another care provider except Dr. Charles. She is very knowledgable, patient, kind and provides answers to questions asked. I talked to her about a certain medicine prescribed and she gave me solid answers that were most helpful.

Dr Charles is outstanding in every way. Some of her support staff is lacking-unfriendly, difficult to understand her speech.
