Dr. Charles was professional and courteous. She listened and seemed genuinely concerned with what I had to say. She explained things in a way I could understand. I was pleased with my office visit and feel comfortable with the level of care.

She took time before coming in to read over my entire health history. When she came into the room shw apologized for taking time to come in because that's what she was doing. Then she took time to listen to all my concerns and didn't brush me off. We came up with a plan and I hope this is going to change things for me.

Dr. Charles is a GREAT doctor and I feel she is doing her best as a doctor who is practicing medicine and doing her best.
