Dr Goodman and her staff are 100% ! The process is professional from the minute I enter the office . The Front desk staff checks and addresses any and all insurance issues and checks me in with a Smile. The Smiles don't stop there , I'm greeted in a timely manner with another smiling Face. I'm escorted back into the exam room where they check weight / temp/ BP and go through my medical records to check for any changes. After that , a knock on the door and in comes Dr Goodman , smiling , we discuss the issue at hand and I feel so comfortable with the feeling of being a patient and not just a # she spends whatever time is needed , I never feel rushed. When all said and done , she asks if I understand what she needs me to do before she finishes her exam . Soon I'm greeted with another smiling face where I'm returned to front desk for check out - feeling Great that all my issues were addressed in a professional and timely manner. Thank you Thank you Thank you . Oh , one other thing that I noticed that needs to be heard - the office and exam rooms are spotless clean Great job to the cleaning staff ....
