It was an amazing experience start to finish. From walking in for the first time and having 3 Atrium employees ask if I needed help(employees not at the desk), to the helpfulness of the front desk in the pediatric neurology office, to the nurse and Dr Klinger. The Nurse and Dr Klinger both listened intently and made notes. Dr Klinger asked follow questions, reiterated what she had heard to make sure it was correct and then offered a plan with options. The follow up after the appointment was quick. I had a phone call within an 2 hours of leaving that set the EEG appointment up and I received notice from my pharmacy that prescriptions were ordered/ready.
They are very kind people with big hearts towards their patients. God bless them.

Dr Klinger is amazing! Always helpful and responsive. She has been amazing since we started seeing her for my son's epilepsy. She is very thorough and we never feel hurried during our appointments. She lets us ask all of our questions and we get detailed and honest answers.
