I arrived seven minutes late for my first appointment which took me nine months to get. The office refused to have me proceed with my examination and set a new appointment for the following week. I was definitely punctual for my next appointment. It was my error that caused me to be late. I misread the time. Dr. Vining was thorough and very good. He did not offer me any advice because nothing in my condition appeared to warrant any changes, or at least that is my interpretation. I was pleased with the level of care he provided.
