I was seen by this doctor as my PCP was not available for a visit for pain in ankle. They took care of me and xrayed foot. I feel everyone here is kind and I get the attention I need. Thank you.

Good morning, My Doctor Severo Spradling was excellent as usual. But I have the worst medical experience with the lady that drew my blood. The first lady was great, and she was very helpful. The second lady came in the room and said will take over from the first lady. The second lady was very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. She could not find a vein to draw the blood on both hand and she kept saying over and over again non-stop "YOU DEHYDRATED, YOU NEED TO DRINK WATER" I said OK. Then she finished drawing the blood and again said "I WAS JUST SAYING/HELPING YOU, YOU NEED TO DRINK WATER" At this time I said please, stop and I showed her 3 bottles of water in my bag to let her know that I do drink water. Again, she said "THEN YOU NEED TO DRINK THE WATER". Unfortunately, I dropped one of the water bottles in my hand and she said, "YOU GETTING VIOLENT NOW AND I AM CALLING MY MANAGER" She left me there with my hand bleeding all over floor. Other employees saw me bleeding and clean my hand and the floor and cover my hand with bandage. Thank you
