I get it was a virtual visit so she couldn't examine my daughter but I still don't feel like she listened to what I was saying and my concerns. So I left that appt feeling extremely frustrated and dismissed
Dr. Craddock was great she help update some missing info that was not in my child's record. She was very professional and knowledgeable. I felt like she listened and addressed my concerns for my child.
I don't feel she addressed the subject for the visit. I wish that she would have offered more assistance and advice for the problem my child has been facing. I left the appointment with no guidance and no more help or understanding than I had before. I was really disappointed and felt like I wasn't heard.
