The medical assistant was aloof and did not show respect for me as a patient. Yelled my last name with no title I.e. Mrs. Showed very little concern for me through politeness or anything else.
The nurses are excellent, competent and warm. Dr Suresh listens intently and discusses then explains. You have no idea just how rare this is!

My gratitude is profound. Where to start, great appointment with Dr Suresh. First this is the very first time in my entire life that a pre-appointment Patient History form had a field that asked: Your symptoms. When did symptoms start? How do you think think happened? In the past most providers have had no interest in what I think or what I _know_ which is counterintuitive because I am The Expert on Me. Thank you for that! Dr Suresh is kind and intuitive, he listens and cares, he is smart (not all that common in health care these days,) and was interested in reading my report about my own health/body, AND in the ream of paper print outs of recent (1-10 years) medical tests, lab values, providers' reports. What a relief! I have hope of negotiating, with Dr Suresh's guidance, my knotted wad of symptoms and arriving at a solid diagnosis and treatment plan. Whatever is wrong with me has ruined my entire life and every single facet of my existence - since 1996. Few have listened. Most have said: well, if you'd just get your fat rear up off the couch and briskly walk a couple miles every day you'd be fine! (quote) Thank you so much, I have hope

Dr. Suresh is attentive and works at providing solutions to my concerns . He never makes me feel rushed. He's honest about my condition and helps me to understand it.
Dr. Suresh was very knowledgeable and showed a great concern about my health. He provided me with nutritional information and hand exercise that could possibly help eleviate with the pain. I would definitely recommend him to others.
He was a good listener. Some additional tests ordered to get a complete picture of my problem to get an accurate diagnosis before providing a treatment. He did discuss possible diagnosis and treatments. It is a long wait to get the ultrasound he ordered.
