Never can get in for an appointment. They're so busy don't answer emails within 48 hours and have to call multiple times to get script refills

Dr. McPhee is a very caring physician who really listens to her patients and responds to their concerns. I continue to work on my weight getting smaller. I am in physical therapy for the back and buttock pain I have now. I am on my way back to my exercise schedule with less pain. Since she reviewed my health chart, she was able to help me recall the incident in 2023 and how we worked to resolve it. I trust her judgment as I have always recovered to full wellness and lost 38 pounds. Dr. McPhee provides EXCELLENT CARE!

I am very pleased with my provider Dr McPhee and the nurse Christine. They are excellent. I didn't like that the front desk were negatively discussing a patient who missed an appointment and was in the waiting room. The patient eventually left. Then you could still hear them talking about the lady. I did not find that very professional. No medical information was mentioned, but their conversation made me wonder how often that happens. Another patient waiting and myself looked at each other as we both knew they were discussing the patient. Not a good look for the office.

Great provider she makes things plain. So I can understand. Dr. McPhee and her nurse are great and so professional
