Can't say enough good things about Dr. Patel and his staff. They r wonderful, addressed our problems and had solutions for them. We did not have to wait over 5 min. Girls up front were very friendly and helpful. All of them are a great reflection of Atrium. My only problem was having to make an appointment for blood work down stairs and having to come back for the appointment. Has to be a better way

I did not see the provider more than once and did not have sufficient opportunity to assess his level of care under more critical circumstances. Although staff at the clinic did take time with me and were friendly enough, they also didn't seem very present or engaging.

My visit with Dr. Patel was EXCELLENT !, He was really genuine and forthright with me and I found him easy to converse with regarding my cardiological history.

Dr. Shoomeet Patel is a very good doctor. He has gotten me through a few health issues. He is very caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I hope he stays at Atrium for a long time.

He has explained the medical testing protocol that he referred me for and the results. He goes into considerable clinical detail and recognizes my interest and presents information in a very clear manner. He takes considerable time and I enjoy our appointments very much. I recommend him strongly and enthusiastically.
