I feel like I'm a member of Dr Pant's family with the level of care she provides.
This was my first appointment with Dr. Pant. My wait time to see her was less than 10 minutes. Dr. Pant was very pleasant and answered my questions in layman terms I could understand. I was very satisfied with her standard of care.
The video connection wasn't consistent for the entire time. I had to ask for things to be repeated and I wasn't certain whether I was understanding everything clearly. Dr. Pant is very kind and seems to genuinely care. She's exceptional smart.
Dr. Pant is familiar with my health issues and tells me what and how treatment would involve me, my medications, or added specialist appointments. I am always made aware of how to proceed.
