They are very kind. Their care is second to none, and the doctor who treats me, Dr. Toosi, speaks Spanish. And she takes great care of me. Thank you very much.

Dr. Toosi is truly an exceptional and compassionate professional. I have been under her care for nearly 20 years, and in all my experiences with medical professionals, she stands out as the most caring and dedicated doctor I have ever met. Her unwavering commitment to her patients goes beyond just providing excellent medical care-she listens, understands, and treats each individual with kindness and respect. I am grateful to have such a remarkable doctor guiding my healthcare journey.

The ability to schedule appointments and the back and forth with text messages that for me was 1 and done regarding scheduling an appointment and a huge disconnect for this practice. Not the doctors fault, however the decision makers who purchased and installed this no personal contact scheduling system. FYI older adults, say 60 and over do not bury their heads in their phones. Older individuals I bet make up a huge portion of any medical practice. Older people say 70 and over simply would have missed an opportunity to get lifesaving medical advise and medicine refills. Investigate how many people die a year due to medical carelessness. Your automated appointments system is the part of that failure. Furthermore, you have a phone system that connects individuals with so called assistants to your primary care individuals who are not even in the same state yet pretent to be until they get caught by the patient in a geographic lie! Know your health care audience.

The hardest type of doctor to become is the primary care or general practitioner. They have to diagnose your condition and know when to send you to a specialist. Dr. Toosi is excellent when it comes to doing that. She is also a good listener, patient, kind and extremely knowledgeable.
