I've been seen in this medical practice for about 24 years . My Dr has always provided exemplary care and shown concern. What I require is guidance or advice regarding my bilateral knee diagnosis.. I think she may have reached out to another provider with my concerns..

Dr. Condrey is outstanding. The call center and people who follow up are disastrous. Also the girls in the office, who follow up are not nurses, cannot answer questions, misread notations and cause terrible confusion. They are very nice, but this confusion of making sure they are relaying information is vital so patients receive accurate information. I have been a patient of Dr Condrey for so long and the thought of having to find a more reliable practice and one not associated with Atrium, is something I am seriously thinking about. Dr. Condrey is so wonderful, so caring, kind, patient bit being a part of Atrium this practice has gone down hill.
