I've been with him since I moved here in 2007. I've seen a shift in care. I understand it though watching the changes in office staff. The lack of responding to requests and through the portal. I shouldn't have to call back numerous times to get meds sent to the pharmacy. The communication at this location has become horrible throughout the years. I CAN'T blame the dr alone. The staff has become argumentative at times when you explain that you've called and spoken to different staffers. I was even argued with about a call that I made and told that I never even called. Then a few minutes later "oh, I see that note now ". But never ONCE was I apologized to. I asked to speak with the office manager. Left a message AND NEVER GOT A CALL BACK. So now I record ALL of my interactions with this office. Because I feel like I'm not being taken seriously when I ask for clarification on a specific issue. I've only asked for an office manager ONCE...AND WAS IGNORED. I understand that I'm not the only patient But if I've NEVER asked for the office manager then there's a serious issue within your office. I love my dr. But something has to give. He's always taken me seriously, but now it seems like even he's burnt out. I understand since covid everyone was exhausted and short handed. That's why I try to not complain much. But I'm paying for healthcare and at times I don't feel like I'm getting what I'm paying for. At least with dr. Lingo I don't have to go through my extensive medical record for a new physician. That's why I've stayed with you guys. It's only been this bad since 2020.
