Dr. Melson and all of his staff has been there every time Mark was in need. They are very professional , knowledgeable and compassionate. We have complete confidence in them and will recommend them to all that are in need. Absolutely a 5 Star rating.

The consultation was verbal and very brief, approximately 6 minutes. I wasn't sure this was standard practice for a follow-up appointment.

The Dr was very efficient. He provided details as to what the next steps were clearly and the staff followed up with setting up the appropriate procedures quickly.

He was professional and to the point. He explained things without using a lot of jargon or terminology that I didn't understand. He seemed to regard me as a partner in my own health care rather than just a patient to be dispensed with.
