I liked Dr. Nix, it was just the quality of the call that was spotty, dropping sound for a second at a time when he was speaking. He never mentioned that it was happening on his end when I was speaking to him. I had to ask him to repeat himself a few times, and there were still snippets of conversation I guessed at from context. 3/10 for call quality.

Dr Nix always listens to my concerns and discusses options with me. I always feel that I am getting the best care.
