Dr. Nix treated me with respect which is much different from my previous experiences in Atrium main ER.

Dr Nix listens to me, looks at all tests and specialists reports, and discusses options and recommendations. I feel that I get the best results and direction from these discussions. I see him as my quarterback for medical care.

My care provider is excellent. Dr. Nix is first class. I wish that I could say the same for the nurse that I saw first. As she was going through my current medication she had the nerve to tell me that she had never seen anyone take as much medication as I do. I felt this was an inappropriate comment. I already know how much medication I take and do not need to be reminded of it. Please coach her on keeping comments like that to herself. Thank you.

Dr. Nix is an incredible doctor! He goes above and beyond to explain things in a way that I can understand. His down to earth demeanor is extremely comforting to me! What I value most about Dr. Nix is the fact that he genuinely listens to my concerns and takes my thoughts and input into consideration to create a personalized plan for me. I moved almost 4 hours away due to my job but I'm happy to drive that distance to keep Dr. Nix as my primary physician. I'm very grateful to have such a great doctor!!!
