I am extremely fortunate to have Dr Brown and her staff for my health care needs. My outpatient surgery went very well due to everyone taking great care with their professional skills. They called the next day to make sure all was well with me and answered all my questions. Dr Brown even took time to research my medical need for certain testing. I'm doing well. Many praises & thanks to Dr Brown and her kind and congenial staff.

My experience with Dr. Brown was excellent. Getting to the Morehead office was another issue. It took me over 20 minutes to find a parking place in the garage and I had to make my own spot because it was full. A gentleman who appeared to be going to the cancer center said it took him 30 minutes to find parking. Only when I got on the parking garage elevator was I made aware of valet parking. Since parking is an issue, I don't understand why every communication I received about the appointment did not mention that I should use valet parking, or why a special communication was not sent about it. I heard that the garage is so full because contractors who are working on the new building are using it. I'm very disappointed that Atrium does not prioritize patients over contractors. You could certainly find parking elsewhere and run shuttles for contractors. I also found the signage to be poor and the fact that two buildings have the same street number is maddening for someone who is running late due to late of parking. I will not return to that location and if asked will discourage friends from using outpatient services there.
