Dr. Nebtrebko is an excellent doctor. I appreciate the fact that she takes the time to listen to my situations.
I feel I am being heard.
Dr. Netrebko is professional, knowledgeable and listens well to her patients. The issue I had about this visit was with the medical assistant I saw on this day. Unfortunately, I did not recall her name. She was not pleasant nor seemed like she enjoyed her position. She was very apathetic and curt when asking questions or directing me to the lab to have blood drawn. For example, after I saw the doctor and completed dressing, the medical assistant knocked on the door and asked "You dressed?" This is not professional nor grammatically correct. I told her "yes" and then the medical assistant told me to follow her to the lab department. I followed her down the hall and then she told me, "Sit down over there and she (the phlebotomist , I am assuming) will draw you blood." The tone and command were definitely inappropriate. For this reason, I am not sure if I will return back to this facility for care.
Dr Netrebko is great. MA (name tag Britany) was incredibly rude, screaming questions in a hurry without giving me a chance to answer. She did not introduce herself and rarely took her gaze of the monitor. It appears that interacting with patients is a major inconvenience to Britany
Very knowledgeable and caring.
The providers were friendly and considerate. They did their best to make the patient comfortable
I had an issue with the type of visit scheduled being to early for my insurance and the office manager spoke w/me in a very timely manner to ensure that the issue could be fixed! She was very nice and extremely helpful. My doctor also responded the same night to let me know that they had taken care of the issue for me! I am very thankful for their support in the matter.
The new nurse was such an improvement over the previous one. I wish I had gotten her name to be sure she was appropriately commended.
Love the doctor and staff!
I scheduled an appointment for a TB test and with my provider to have a health questionnaire completed. The scheduler on the phone told me I needed 2 separate appointments. She scheduled one for 11:30 am with the nurse and a 12:40 appointment with the doctor. I arrived at 11:15 am and was not taken back until 12:40 pm. When I inquired as to why it was taking so long, the front desk told me that my 2 appointments had just been combined into one at 12:40. Only problem was that no one bothered to call me to inform me of the change. All reminders for the appointment included both times. Front desk was not very apologetic either.
