Dr branton is so nice understanding and supportive. She's fantastic. In the past I have felt very dismissed and she doesn't do that at all.

She cares about her patients/me and listens intently to us. She is from the old school of medicine with impeccable bed side manners! I told her she will be my doctor until the end of the, because I am not going anywhere as long as she continues to practice!

I had scheduled my wellness check well in advance knowing how hard it is to actually get timely appointments. Hence I was able to schedule my appointment when it was due. A sick appointment is nearly impossible.....sometimes several months out!!! Not helpful if you need to see your doctor any sooner. Might as well skip even trying & just pay urgent care & their random PA, NP, or occasional MD. Letting your MD's take on the number of patients they do does NOT benefit their patients at all. It's extremely frustrating to the patient (who PAYS for their health care provider to be available when needed) & definitely not how the medical offices should be run! I have no qualms with my PCP at all. WHEN I can get in, she's wonderful. My issue is allowing them to be bogged down with an astronomical number of patients which prevents us from getting a timely appointment! Seems more like running a business than actually caring for the people who keep you in that business. Hmmmmm! I miss the days when the patient was the top priority & you could call when sick & get in that day or the next. You know, like leaving sporadic appointment times open daily for sick patients. Novel idea! Not!!
Dr. Branton is not only thorough but listens well and is very proactive in helping meet all of my medical issues. I trust her!
