Dr. Byer-Parsons is a joy to spend time with, even if she finds a skin problem. She genuinely cares about me and even my family, is cheerful and informative during the exam and consultation and makes me very confident in her skills and knowledge.

Dr. Byer-Parsons is an exceptional provider in that she exhibits energy and friendliness during an examination and listens carefully and addresses each issue with care. When prescribing medication she goes out of her way to find a pharmacy that provides the fastest and most cost-effective product.

Dr. Parsons was great, helpfully explained all my conditions and proposed various treatment plans and answered questions to help me make an informed decision. My only gripe is that the "visit summary" notes were inaccurate - it stated the team explained to me how to use prescription retinol and provided me with a brochure, but I did not receive any such explanation or brochure during the course of the visit.

I brought in two issues that I thought were fairly normal But were addressed and action taken on each. I was very pleased that I am now doing something about these things that have been bothering me. It was a very enjoyable and productive visit.
