This was a virtual appointment. I sat for 15 minutes in the waiting room. A nurse called me and said they were having technical difficulties. Then I was able to connect with my provider and there was no sound then she ended up calling me and we were on the phone for only four minutes because I needed to hurry into work. I probably would've asked more questions about the medication she prescribed if I had had the time.

Dr. Haines and her team are exceptionally good at what they do from check in to check out. Dr. Haines was very thorough in spite of the fact that I was a new patient and did not have the records sent from my previous hospital that I requested some months ago in spite of that, I did have med information for her, and she took that and immediately provided me with testing and a plan of action. Really an outstanding experience ! I feel most fortunate to be a patient of hers and her team!
