She listened to me, asked questions to better understand the situation, then gave me resources to help and referred me to other specialists. She is confident, empathetic, understanding, patient and she explains things clearly. She gave me options on treatments and solutions to make sure I was comfortable and on board.
Terra is wonderful
Other than very, very long wait time for initial appointment and then another very, very long wait time for appointment with surgeon I have only positive things to say. Staff, facilities, etc are top-notch but when you have a severe problem it's terrible to wait 3 months for a consultation then another 3 months to see surgeon. Will be at least 6-7 months before I have this much needed surgery: this is preventing me from working and doing many things I'd normally be doing.

I really liked the dr. I just hate that I had to wait 6 months to get the appointment.
Dr Schmitt was very personable and quite instructive in her procedure, as well as informative about my own personal care and expectations.
The doctor was very kind, of course I recommend her.
