Dr. Kelley is a wonderful doctor. He is knowledgeable and personable. He is easy to talk to and presents a caring attitude towards me and the rest of my family.

Dr Kelley is awesome. I totally trust him with my healthcare. I feel blessed to have him as my healthcare provider. He is definitely a cut above most providers. His professionalism is very apparent.

I have very small veins that also roll. Over 20 years ago with the reoccurring problem with the needles used for the general public, I was told that I should always ask to use a butterfly needle to draw my blood. At this location, I notified them about the issue and they stated the hospital only provided a few butterfly needle and yes my veins are small but they think they can work with the regular needles. I explained in the past others believe the same but had to resort to the butterfly after trying multiple times. Two people insisted they could do it. I refused and left the location. I have been a patient at Atrium Health under all of the iterations since 2007. It's absolutely ridiculous that needles are being rationed when I have explained the situation. I mean my veins didn't all of a sudden change and became more responded to regular needles. This was EXTREMELY frustrating and I have to go all the way to Concord to get my lab work completed. UNACCEPTABLE!!!

He cares about his patients and their needs and is always available to answer questions about my health needs.

Regarding the question that I answered with No, this was my first visit with Dr. Kelly as my new primary care doctor. I was very pleased with him.

I have been a patient of Dr Kelly's for over 10 years. He is a wonderful physician and caring person. I followed him from Midland to Locust. I haven't become familiar with staff at this facility yet and can't comment, other than those who were at Atrium Midland and are awesome.
