Everyone in the office were nice . The doctor was very attentive to my problems and explained what is going on . He also sent a urgent message to concord to a urologist so that I can get help there .
The dr and his nurse are very professional. If I sent a question on the portal the person that answers needs to be careful about looking at dates etc.
Wait time had obviously improved. This was the first time I saw the doctor after less than an hour wait time in lobby and exam room.
I made an appointment with Dr McDonald. He then had to reschedule me. On the day of my actual appointment, I showed up early, as requested. Yet, I waited for an hour past my scheduled appointment time to be seen. Dr McDonald never once offered an apology for my inconvenience of waiting over an hour.

I was very impressed with the care at Atrium Health Women's Care. This was my first visit, but everyone was so kind & considerate. Dr. McDonald was terrific, took a great deal of time explaining my diagnosis & treatment plan.

Dr. McDonald is always very thorough in answering my questions and in ways that I can understand. Having multiple health issues and concerns that all tie into each other, I never leave my appointment confused or with questions. He's very friendly, professional, and doesn't make me feel like his next patient on the schedule.
