He has been very understanding about my lifestyle and patient with my decision making. He immediately got busy setting things up soon as my decision was made on shoulder replacement.

It was a PA, not the doctor. The visit was short, and I felt some guidelines for self-care was lacking until physical therapy begins. Not everyone was very kind and attentive.

Mr. Rumsey is a knowledgeable professional. He listens to my concerns and explains the conditions and ways to care for them. In addition, he is friendly and that reduces my stress over my pain and healing concerns.
