Dr Augenstein, her nurse and the resident that was working with her were all very caring. Resident and Dr both had already reviewed my case and knew why I was there before coming in the room. Nurse was very nice and laughed with us. You don't see that much anymore and it made us feel good about the facility. Very knowledgeable and will definitely go back there if I need their services.
