Dr Rossi is extremely kind, very carrying and listens to what you have to say. He takes his time. I would recommend this surgery and Dr Rossi to anyone.

My experience with CNSA has been positive in every way, as I have been treated, including surgery and numerous injections and PT. My pain level and problem areas have significantly improved since the beginning of my treatment.
I was very impressed with Dr. Rossi. At the beginning of the appointment, he listened to my concerns, and then he did an examination of me. We went over the recent scans that had been done. He was very honest with me, and he said that if I was a family member, like his mother or father, he would not offer to do surgery on me as I do not need it at this time. He said if your spine becomes unstable, we will have to revisit the option of surgery to fix it. I like when surgeons are honest with patients and don't just operate on patients because they can. I asked him about other holistic treatments like chiropractic, dry needling, acupuncture and more physical therapy. He told me to explore those options, and he did not have a preference of one over the other. In the end of the appointment, he told me he was here for me and if anything changes in my condition to let him know and they would get me in to see him ASAP. We can then figure out the next steps in taking care of my lower back.
