seems like every year I do the paper work online and then when I check in they can't find it and I have to fill it out again when I get at the office.

Dr Morris answered all of my questions and filled out a form for prior authorization on a prescription that I needed and also ordered a digital mammogram for me!! Very pleased with the time that he spent with me. His nurse was also thorough with my prescriptions.
