He was running late, but always worth the wait time! I will always be willing to wait for thid provider.

I brought a list of questions/issues to discuss or ask about, and this made it an excellent use of time. I felt better and had specific directions and time frame when I left. The issue has improved which has relieved concern at least for the time being.

I appreciated the time discussing the next 6 months and setting up comparison testing against baseline test results

Dr Morris is excellent. He truly cares about my health and knows how explain it to me. My issue is not with him. It's with the screen between him and me when I leave a message for him between visits. I'm never sure he gets the message and they are often answered by an ADA. I know that Dr Morris is a busy person that is relied on heavily for knowledge and bed side manner. Maybe that is part of the issue. I don't expect every communication to be handled personally by the Dr. however, he is my primary and I rely on his expertise to assist in my health goals. So I would like to know when I call for an answer on something that it is at least ran by the Dr. so that communication is really the only issue I've had. And if it's an urgent matter that does not require a visit to the emergency room or a video conference I would expect that my messages be treated with a more serious triage. Thank you.
