It was helpful to not have to drive to an appointment because I had the flu really bad so having a video call was so much easier on me

This was my first experience with visual care and I was thrilled with it. Easy connection with the provider. The doctor was courteous, kind and professional. I will use visual care connection again. I didn't have to leave my home and the quality care was excellent.

This was my first experience w/a virtual visit & I was nervous: as a couple of 70+Seniors, tech isn't a strong suit for myself or my husband. Thankfully, it went off without a hitch. Ms Langford did a fine job: she was professional, understanding & very personable. I am more confident to try this again should the need arise.

My experience with Amanda Langford was excellent. She promptly appeared on my screen at 4 pm and she listened to my concerns relative to my sinus infection and prescribed meds that have been helpful 24 hrs. later.

She was great. She listened to me asked questions and then prescribed a steroid pack and today is my first day on it but already have some relief. So she is definitely awesome in my book.
