She was very attentive and seemed to be honestly concerned. She explained things in a way that I could understand. She gave me plenty of time to ask questions and she took the time to answer all of them.

Mrs Langford listened carefully to both me & my husband as we gave 'a lot of 'background' for my visit. She allowed me all the time I needed to explain my symptoms & spoke in terms we could easily understand.

She went through all my symptoms and picked up on some I didn't mention. She explained that Paxlovid would interact with the medications I take so she prescribed something else that may not be covered by insurance. It wasn't. (Could she have prescribed something else?) She said I shouldn't pay 100s of dollars for the meds and told me over the counter meds to take instead. They seem to have worked.
