Both check in and check out were below what I would expect. During check in, the employee barely paid me any attention as she was busy talking with a coworker and didn't even bother to tell me where to go. During checkout, the employee was very hospitable and seemed to successfully schedule my next appointment. I don't know what happened, but that appointment did not get properly scheduled and I had to call later to make an appointment.
