Dr. Wakeley is just the Best. She puts you at ease with her infectious personality, explains everything and listens to your concerns. She does not push medications on you and if she does recommend any, she thoroughly goes over their benefits and risks. My condition is like a bouncing ball, pain, no pain but she navigates it the way you expect a true professional would. When I forget to ask something during a visit, I use MyChart, and she answers in a timely manner. I am so happy to have her as my Doctor.

The practice manager was also helpful in solving a problem. The blood draw lab is not accessible to people with vision impairments. She walked me over and assisted me. But also listened and hopefully will take action to change check-in system to something Accessible
