Dr Stein was very patient and explained everything to me concerning my health issues and even after when dealing with my medication afterwards with the insurance not covering and giving suggestions, Dr Stein still responded back quickly and I was still able to get my medication within a day or 2.
Above and beyond provider. She took the time to listen to me and address my concerns. Extremely relatable, thorough with my diagnosis and care, and highly professional. 11/10
Dr. Stein was wonderful! She's very knowledgeable and she really listens when you explains things. I've been searching for a long time (through trial and error) for a good doctor and I feel like I've found my "forever doctor" in Dr. Stein!
She is the first provider I've seen that was able to provide me solutions I needed to improve my quality of life! Life changing!
Dr Stein is a knowledgeable and personable. I wish I had gone to her sooner. I feel very cared for and confident about my treatment.
very knowledgeable about Menopause issues and treatment which is hard to find
Dr Stein is AMAZING. she takes her time and goes over everything.
This was my first appointment with Dr Stein and I felt listened to and validated in my reasoning for coming. She offers such a valuable service for peri and menopause clients. I am so thankful for her and her knowledge on the topic as I have struggled to find a provider who has this knowledge. She is such an asset to your office. Please continue to expand on the wonderful work she is providing to clients who have been so forgotten and under cared for.
Dr. Aviva Stein is a superlative doctor. She always listens to me and explains her decisions. Nan--her Triage nurse is the best as well. Without her, I wouldn't have been able to schedule an appointment with Dr. Stein.
I love my care provider, and I was very appreciative that she saw me for my well care. Prior to that appointment, however, I did encounter a very unfriendly staff, when I was trying to scheduling my appointment and was informed that I am no longer a patient because I missed a few prior years of well checkups . I would have greatly appreciated a reminder, that I needed to return for my well care before I was removed from the patient list without giving me a chance to do a follow up. Fortunately I was able to reach out directly to my doctor, despite staff not willing to help me, and she restored my patient status. I believe that just dropping a patient from the doctor's care without a proper prior communication or a sufficient cause amounts to a patient abandonment. I am glad that misunderstanding was cleared.
