I hate the insertion of Atrium in between my physician and myself. I would prefer when I call their office that I get the actual staff at the office, not Atrium staff in neverland. Atrium has not made anything better in my care or in my relationship with my physician. Please get out of the way. It's a monopoly and shouldn't even be allowed in NC because our constitution forbids monopolies.
