This was my first visit and it was overall a great one. Check in was smooth, appt on time, Dr. on time. Everyone was friendly and nice.

Dr Freidinger is great!!!

Dr. Freidinger took time with me to explain what was going on with my knee. The talked to me about treatment why I would need the treatment. Together we discussed and decided to proceed with injections, as well as simple surgical procedures before having a total knee replacement. I understand what he was recommending and agree with his thoughts. Thank you for taking time to explain in detail what is happening.

Dr Friedinger is an excellent doctor and listens to me and genuinely cares about your health. The only bad thing is you have to wait a long time for an appointment.

Great bedside manner, listens, explains, positive approach, compassionate and highly proficient and professional, giving his patients the utmost confidence, which steers the surgery team and health care network to deliver quality and competent health care. Sorry to lose his most efficient P.A. after 16 years to Novant for higher benefits. Atrium just lost a highly competent P.A. that can't be replaced. I'm disappointed that Atrium is more concerned about numbers than skill level and experience. Losing his expertise is impacting the care goals of my provider and ultimately will show in outcomes. Novant has gained because they are recognizing experience is necessary for efficient and quality care.
