Anytime I have a visit with him about one of our children, he always provides the best care. He always listens and throughly explains everything he discusses with us. He interacts with our children in such a kind manner. He is a pediatrician we fully trust with our children's care. This visit in particular he wrote down a plan of care to help diagnose our daughter's problem and explained every step. He had a student with him this visit; I hope those students learn from him not only the medical information, but learn his bedside manner.
Dr Benfield was very thorough and knowledgeable and broke down treatment plan well enough for my teen to understand what her injury was and what she needed to do herself to make sure she heals.
Dr Benfield has made it to where my son looks forward to seeing a doctor. He listens and explains to not my son and I and he genuinely cares. There should be a rating higher than a 10 for doctors like him
