Dr. Russo was great. Through, kind and smart

Dr Russo is an incredibly empathetic and caring physician. She explains everything layman's terms. I never felt rushed or confused by my diagnosis or next steps. She was not alarming in anyway. My wife is her patient as well and feels the same way.

Friendly and very available to clarify my doubts about my medical condition and very professional.

Dr. Russo was straight and to the point. Heard what I had to say and even though I'm not inclined to her direction at this time, she let me know at anytime I were to change my mind we could move forward with the prescription. Factual but not pushy. Definitely a plus and glad I found her.

Dr Russo is the epitome of professionalism, medical knowledge, and excellent bedside manner. I would highly recommend her to anyone. The medical system would be far better if there were more physicians like her. Also, the support staff were excellent.

Dr Russo was great and explained things in an easy to understand manor. She took the time to discuss things with me and that is definitely needed in the role doctors are in. Rushing them through patient visits to get more "production" versus quality visits with patients needs to end. The time Dr. Russo took with me was invaluable to my understanding and comfort in knowing my situation and future in handling what the next steps are. Thank you Dr. Russo and her nurse. Atrium really needs to keep good quality doctors around and stop requiring demands of "production" versus quality patient time. As patients we need to form a trusting relationship with the doctors in order to feel comfortable with life altering decisions versus feeling like a number or herd of cattle in for slaughter. Caring matters!
