I'd like to see improved communications. Her staff over-rely on MyChart messaging (vs a personal phone call or appointment) which leads to miscommunications and unanswered questions. Dr Russo willingly collaborates with her colleagues to understand my case and deliver the best medical care.

Dr. Cheryl Russo was extremely knowledgeable and suggested I take another blood pressure pill at night. She also recommended some additional testing to check my heart more thoroughly. Overall, she is a lovely human being.
