I saw in my atrium app I had a issue and was prescribed a prescription but even after a week and I called to ask about it I haven't been able to get it because it still hasn't been sent to my pharmacy

Had concerns about lack of communication, being called in a panic by a provider telling me to I had 15 mins to go to the mooresville location for blood work that was forgotten and then waiting till last second to let me know about canceling an appointment when I didn't know that was even being considered as an option.
