Check in at the office was terrible. Arrived 25 minutes prior to posted arrival time (2:40 instead of 3:05) and was told the it was too early to check in. I was instructed to go to the waiting room and come back 20 minutes later. When I returned as instructed, the other person at the check-in counter smiled and conducted herself in a very professional manner as she checked me in.

It was a pleasure to see Dr Sappenfield, as always. He made sure all of my medications were in order and the appointment went very smoothly. He listened very intently to my concerns and gave his expert recommendations, as usual.
