The doctor and his assistant were excellent as always. They read the reason for my visit that I entered in my online checkin and as soon as I was brought back, his assistant had me provide a urine sample. When the doctor came in he had the pre-lim results and this made it very simple to review the issue. He provided suggestions on the treatment plan that we discussed and agreed to. I had a question about any potential interactions between meds that my rheumatogogist has me take and the ones he was prescribing. He went and reviewed these two drugs and recommended to continue with one and pause one. After our visit I reached out and her and she totally agreeed with his determination. It was very good to see how he cared concerning any issues and made the correct suggestions based upon his research. I always feel well listened to and part of a team that is reviewing and making the medical decisions. He and his staff deserve a 15+ rating.

The doctor is very professional and kind to patients. He knows the patient's entire medical history and is very accurate in prescribing the appropriate medicine. The nurse is also very nice, kind, and very intelligent.

Everything from finding and making the appointment on line and the check in process is excellent. When I arrived I was greeted with a smile and was told I was checked in and ready. Doc's aide was very good. She listened to my reasons for this not normal visit and asked great questions in order to clarify what I was experiencing. The visit with Doc is always based upon a very friendly atmosphere. He listens extremely closely to what you are saying and discusses his thoughts on what the issues are and a potential treatment plan. He then talks to you about the plan and adjusts or gains agreement with the path forward. The aide provided the injection for me and told me that the scripts were called into the pharmacy. Within 12 hours I was felling better and had the first full nights sleep in a while. My improvement for both issues has been fantastic with all discomfort gone within 24 hours. BTY, they noticed that I was due for my yearly A1C test which they preformed. My wife and I are extremely lucky to had our Doc and the staff as our Primary Care provider.
This is my second visit with Dr. Etienne. Thus far he and his staff assistants has been very professional and shown me a deep concern regarding my health. I'm very happy with the new edition of Dr. Etienne and I am very grateful that I was selected to be one of his patients. I feel he and his staff is 100% committed to helping me with my health issues and I am confident that he and his staff are also trustworthy. I would be remiss to not include the great people that are the gate keepers aka receptionist they greeted me by name, but also properly verified my identity per office policy. I also had an endearing experience with the lab specialist or phlebotomist. She is a special person. They are an excellent group of people.
